Another aspect of the bot that needs improvement is their customer support \u2013 it is pretty much at its basic level for now. Remember I stated earlier that they have an excellent user manual that covers lots of instructions on how to set the bot up and use it. However, that\u2019s where it ends. Their customer support is not impressive even though it is acceptable. They do not have Live Chat support and their email responses are slow. If they can work on increasing the time taken to reply to emails, it would be great.<\/p>\n\n
