01. Who we are and what this policy covers

ROYADATA INC., located in the United States, operates the ROYA DATA corporate website at royadata.io. In this policy, “ROYA DATA,” “we,” and “us” refer to ROYADATA INC. You can contact us about privacy at support@royadata.io.

This policy covers information handled in connection with this corporate website and related business inquiries. The website introduces our digital publishing, media operations, and advertising monetization activities.

Other publishing properties, applications, advertising services, and partner websites may have their own privacy notices. This policy does not replace those notices or describe every data practice across the wider media business.

02. Information you provide

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, company, business email address, inquiry topic, message, and any attachments you send. Providing this information is voluntary; without enough contact information or context, we may be unable to respond.

The contact page also contains fields for name, company, business email, inquiry type, and message. Web-form submissions are currently disabled because no submission service has been configured. The website code does not send those field values to us or save them in cookies, local storage, or session storage. Your browser’s own autofill features are controlled separately by your browser.

Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information in an initial business inquiry. You can email support@royadata.io instead of using the unavailable form.

03. Technical information when you visit

When this website is accessed online, hosting, content-delivery, or security services may process technical request information. This can include an IP address, requested page or file, access time, browser or device information, referrer information, response status, and security-related events.

This information can be needed to deliver pages, maintain availability, diagnose errors, or protect the website from misuse. The production hosting provider, enabled logging features, processing locations, and log-retention settings are still subject to confirmation before public launch.

This website does not offer visitor accounts, an online checkout, or payment processing. It does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, or precise device location.

04. How information is used

Information received in connection with this website is used for the purposes relevant to the interaction:

  • Reviewing and responding to business, advertising, publishing, or partnership inquiries.
  • Communicating with you about an inquiry and evaluating a potential business relationship.
  • Operating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and protecting the corporate website.
  • Handling privacy requests, meeting applicable legal obligations, and addressing legitimate disputes or misuse.

Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, the relevant grounds may include legitimate interests in responding to business correspondence and operating a secure website, steps you request in connection with a potential contract where that basis applies, or compliance with a legal obligation. If optional processing requires consent, it must be explained and consent obtained separately where required.

Sending an inquiry is not a subscription to a marketing mailing list. This version of the website has no newsletter sign-up or automated marketing enrollment.

05. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

No analytics scripts, advertising tags, behavioral tracking pixels, or third-party font calls are included in the current corporate website files. Fonts and visual assets are served locally from the website. The site’s own JavaScript does not set tracking cookies or store visitor profiles in browser storage.

A production hosting or security service may use technical cookies or process request data according to its configuration. Any such services and their relevant cookie or logging practices must be verified for the published site. Browser caching of local assets is separate from advertising tracking.

The current corporate website does not contain technology for targeted advertising, cross-site audience profiling, or automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. References to advertising monetization describe our business activities; they do not mean that advertising technology is running on this corporate website.

If optional analytics, advertising, embedded content, or other tracking tools are added, this policy and any required choice or consent controls must be updated before those tools are enabled. Separate media properties may use different technologies and notices.

06. When information may be disclosed

Information may be handled by service providers needed to operate the website or manage correspondence, such as hosting, security, email, or technical-support providers. A web-form provider would receive submissions only after one is configured and disclosed appropriately.

Information may also be disclosed to professional advisers when necessary, to an authority where legally required, or when reasonably needed to investigate misuse or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Disclosures should be limited to the information relevant to the purpose and subject to appropriate legal and contractual requirements.

The current website code does not transmit inquiry fields to advertising partners or include integrations for selling personal information or sharing it for cross-context behavioral advertising. This statement is limited to the current corporate website configuration and is not a statement about every separate publishing property.

07. International processing

ROYADATA INC. is located in the United States. Email, hosting, or other service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate. Applicable privacy protections may differ between countries.

Where cross-border transfer rules apply, the relevant processing locations and required safeguards must be identified and put in place. The safeguards relevant to a particular transfer depend on the providers, processing locations, and applicable legal requirements. Contact us with questions about an international transfer.

08. How long information is kept

Personal information should be retained only for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was received, or for a relevant legal requirement. The criteria for retention include:

  • Whether an inquiry is open, resolved, or part of an ongoing business relationship.
  • The need to keep an accurate record of correspondence, decisions, or a privacy request.
  • Applicable legal recordkeeping duties, limitation periods, or an active dispute.
  • The purpose and configured lifetime of hosting or security logs.

When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or de-identified using appropriate procedures. No fixed retention period or automatic deletion guarantee is stated here because the relevant operational schedules and provider settings remain subject to company confirmation.

09. Information security

The website code does not maintain visitor accounts or a database of form submissions. Information sent by email is handled through the relevant email service; technical request information is handled through the production hosting or security setup.

Access restrictions, provider arrangements, and any future submission service need to be configured appropriately for the information involved. No website, email system, or method of storage can guarantee absolute security. Please limit initial inquiries to the business information needed for us to understand and respond to your request.

10. Your choices and privacy rights

Depending on your location, the relationship involved, and the laws that apply, you may be entitled to request access to personal information, a copy of it, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability. You may also have a right to object to particular processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, or opt out of covered uses under applicable state privacy law.

Make a privacy request

Email support@royadata.io with the subject “Privacy request.” Explain the relationship or inquiry involved and the request you would like us to consider. You do not need a website account to contact us.

We may need limited information to verify your identity and authority before responding. An authorized representative may act for you where applicable law allows, subject to appropriate verification. We will assess requests under the applicable law and respond within the relevant legal time limits.

If a request is declined, you may ask for a review by replying to the response. Where applicable, you may also appeal a decision or raise a concern with the relevant privacy regulator. Exercising a privacy right will not result in unlawful discrimination. These rights and procedures do not establish that any particular state or international privacy law applies to every visitor or interaction.

You can also manage browser storage and cookie settings in your browser. The current website has no visitor account, subscription preference center, or optional advertising controls because those features are not enabled.

11. Children and outside websites

This corporate website is intended for professional and business audiences, not children under 13. We do not intentionally request personal information from children through the site. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with this website, contact support@royadata.io so the situation can be reviewed and any action required by law can be taken.

If you follow a link to another website or service, that operator’s privacy notice and practices apply to the information you provide there. We do not control those independent services merely because a link or business reference appears on this site.

12. Updates and contact details

This policy is effective from December 5, 2024. Its last revision date is shown above. We update this policy when the website’s processing activities change. Material changes will be communicated in the manner required by applicable law; posting a new policy does not by itself authorize an incompatible use of information.
